Meeting Sponsorship:

• One person from sponsor’s organization may attend the meeting at no charge; any additional members from the sponsoring organization may attend at the member rate.
• Sponsor will have 5 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to market their organization.
• Promotional table will be provided at the meeting for the sponsor to display signage and other marketing materials.
• Sponsor will be mentioned in all promotional materials about that meeting/event.
• Sponsor may also distribute promotional materials at each place setting at the meeting.

Investment: St. Louis Chapter members: $200, Non-Members: $300

Special Event/Meeting Sponsorship (half-day or one day event):

• Same as meeting sponsorship plus:
• Sponsor will have 10 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to market their organization.
• Availability on breaks to talk with attendees.

Investment: St. Louis Chapter members: $300, Non-Members: $400

Banner Ads on www.astdstl.org website - The website has 500 - 1000 visitors/month:

• All banner as will need to be 480 x 60 pixels
• 3 months: Member: $100, Non-Member: $200
• 6 months: Member: $175, Non-Member: $275
• 12 months: Member: $250, Non-Member: $350

Event Posting - Part of event Calendar:

• 50 words or text or less to describe event.
• Purchased on a month to month basis
• 3 postings maximum per month.

Investment: St. Louis Chapter members: $100, Non-Members: $300

Mailing Labels:

• Receive a set of mailing labels of our members.
• Limit to two times per year.

Investment: St. Louis Chapter members: $100, Non-Members: $200

Consultant Link - New link on ASTD St. Louis Website:

• It will list the logo of the consultant's organization and the consultant's contact information.
• The logo will provide a link to that consultant's website.
• Will be listed for one year on the ASTD St. Louis website.
  
• Maximum of 50 words.
• Consultant links will be listed alphabetically

Investment: St. Louis Chapter Members: $250, Non-Members: $550
Renewal Investment: St. Louis Chapter Members: $200, Non-Members: $550

Quarterly e-newsletter advertisement:

Ads are published under the following conditions:

• Advertisement design is professional, relevant and appropriate.
• Payment for the ad is received by ASTD St. Louis Chapter prior to the publication of the e-newsletter.
• The price of the ad(s) does not fall below the cost to produce the ad(s)
• The ad(s) are "camera" ready and sized to specifications.
